The seller sent me BL but a few days later the seller said it had a mistake on the chassis number which needed to be corrected. The seller said I would get the correct BL 1,2 and 3 in Dad Es salaam from seller's agent. When I agent went to collect the same, he was made to pay US$75 which I don't understand why this became my cost. It turned out that in fact the chassis number was correct on the first BLs sent to me. The documents had a wrong engine number.
