Introduction of CIC Handling Fee

For invoices issued on and after April 24, 2024, a handling fee of USD 50 will be applied for CIC,
which was previously free of charge.

When issuing an invoice, you will be asked whether or not you have made a selection,
and if you have made a selection, USD50 handling fee will be added to the total amount.

You can change your selection by reissuing an invoice before TCV confirms your payment.

please note：
If you cancel your CIC application after TCV has confirmed your payment,
the handling fee will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If the vehicle transaction itself is canceled,
the CIC handling fee will be refunded if the reason for cancellation is due to the seller,
but will not be refunded if the reason for cancellation is due to the buyer.
