Overall the process was good, the website was straight forward and they replied to my queries even though I was understood some of the times. I assume that would be because of the language barrier. They made a promise to fix a dent and they did and that was my main worry. The car has some cosmetic issues that the camera didn't pick up but you have to go close to car to recognize. I would recommend this seller and I would buy from them again.

I am happy with response, the unit had alot of scratches not seen in the pics and it was very dirty. I believe customers like to see a clean unit regardless of how the outside looks but overall my customer is satisfied
