I received the car in a great condition. The only problem was communication. It was hard to figure out what was going on most of the time. With 15,000 dollars on the line communication was the only way to keep my sanity. That was missing, my BP was up all the time until when the Prado was home.

The item description went down because it was listed as keyless and that was not the case. The communication because the seller needs improvement. Important information that the customer needed to have to as; was shipping schedule kept, the estimated time of arrival, and delays are not communicated. The customer had to ask such questions. It took two months from the date I purchased to receive the item.
