Shipment took too long from October until December, you should use a more efficient shipment agent. I was charged extra money as new exercise duty because of such delays. Nonetheless, the van is good enough.

The communication was poor as the agent had no good grasp of the English language. Its now 2.5 months since i paid for the car and the ship has not arrived. The shipping company( vessel HEROIC ACE) keeps shifting the arrival date. They have done it thrice..initially was to arrive 12th De, then 15th Dec, then 17th Dec. Last i heard now 21st Dec. and still it has not arrived. B
