The seller is not honest with spare tools. This is very disappointing! The seller did not communicate fairly with me when I asked missing tools of the car such as jack and wheel spanner. These items were shown or available in the car pictures at the trade car-view website but the inspection revealed that the items were missing.

I received the car without a power window on the drivers side, and it was not stated before that the power window waas missing, the car also makes some noise when I drive it, therefore I am honestly not satisfied with this seller because he was not replying to some of my emails when I asked him about the condition of the car and weather the car drives well. After receiving my car and aknowledge the seller about the problems, he did not even apologize instead he was just giving me short answers.

Although the vehicle is mechanically sound the customer service that this company offers is extremely poor. Questions I asked multiple times were never answered, the vehicle was not covered for damage in transit even though I specified this multiple times. For such a small amount of money they seem happy enough to put the buyer’s investment at risk. I am getting no further responses to my emails. Highly annoyed with the service I received. I WOULD AVOID THIS SELLER!
