There was no smart key with the last car we purchased even though they advertised it. The offered a discount off the next car but how do you know if you really get the discount. Also there were a lot of bumps and dents not shown on the website'photos. The quality from Real is falling.

It looks better than the pictures. The only downside is that the system is in Japanese but I guess that's expected in all with it coming from Japan. Some options are not available, I've been trying to change the language to English. So far no luck but other than that the car is awesome and I like it. Thanks! Oh and the communication could have been better because I was a first time buyer and had tons of questions, but when the seller did respond they were helpful and respectful.
