I have ordered at least 6 cars from this supplier and the customer service is just terrible. The lady that I usually deal with needs to go through some customer service training especially in communications. Since this last order, I try to avoid cars from Real Motor Japan. The pictures are very nice and I am very tempted to order another car from them, but the support from this supplier is better avoided.

Was ok in general, hope seller can pick up on timely and clear communication on issues...also taking charge on solving issues raised other than referring to some one else.
