The seller was flexible on prices and payment. We had miscommunication on delivery of documents. I requested for documents to be sent to my address but they sent them notify party. It took me until vehicle collection time to realize Jevic was not done, thus suffered penalty

I was not told about when the car will arrive at the port of discharge, it arrived and stayed in port for more than 2 months as it accumulated charges and fees; 7months after the car was discharged at port, I haven't receive my car due to exorbitant and inhibitive fees and charges. I am about to forfeit the car due to high unforeseeable fees. That is very unfair.
