Communication during the transaction period was great. Response turn around was impressive. The item was delivered on time apart from a slight dent on the bonnet that was never mentioned during the entire transaction period..All in all, the service delivery was satisfactory. I received my car without a gear knob and also the car had a big dent in the front bumper and the seller and the shipping company could not accept responsibility so I ended buying a new knob and fix the dent with my own money. I would personally not buy a car again from this dealer. Thank you for not taking responsibility. That is the best way to lose customers. TITUS, Kenya.
