The description of the vehicle stated that it was a grade 4 auction meaning that it should be a sound vehicle without rust. The vehicle was cleared on Friday June 11. The broker and the agent who had the keys first informed us that the vehicle was not starting and it has mechanical issues. On examination of the vehicle, the vehicle fuses are blown and the gear only moves in reverse. The acceleration is extremely limited/slow.

This seller does not know how to communicate with clients. He doesn't respond to emails. At one point he changed the shipping program without notifying me as a client. Thus, i ended up tracking a wrong ship only to learn that my cargo was not actually shipped. Of course the car was in perfect condition but doing business with this seller was so stressfull. Would not recommend this seller to other buyers

feedback is slow, negative. Shipment is slow. Payment finished at early Nov, shipment started at late Dec. Trade fraud. the seller committed to provide insurance, after I pointed out the invoice they issued is C&F, not CIF. However, they didn’t buy any insurance actually. Scratches and pits were found after car reached destination port. The seller firstly claimed they bought insurance but only cover ship sink risk, then refused to admit their responsibility of insurance because invoice is C&F.

Received car in 3 months and paid extra to pass NZ compliance. there is no option to upload photos otherwise I would upload photos of our conversation when I message them for 5 to 6 days then they reply 1 time and which is not an answer but excuses. My experience with the seller was bad he was not honest with me regarding the shipping date of the unit to arrive at Dar es slaam he kept changing the arrival date until finally he stopped communicating to me and that kept me worried if i was dealing with genueing seller.
