Very honest and good communication. However it should have been communicated that the car does not have cigarette lighter component. The ship delayed do much. instead of getting to Dar es salaam on 6th Nov, it got there on the 20th or so

Heard from a friend and tried them. Real Motor are Simply the best. I got my car the way I wanted it in an excellent condition. The good thing with Real Motor Japan is that they will always keep you posted on each process. It was great doing business with them and surely I wont hesitate using Real Motor Japan in future.

Also, i'm not sure if i will import cars from Japan anymore, mainly because Intertek Japan super estimate the value of the price from $3323 CIF Maputo up to $4200USD, making me pay more than 100% of Duties in Mozambique. The car is in good condition, low milage but not Odometer Certificate, so, i'm paying double of duties for a car without any guarantees of quality. Also, this estimation far far above the original price will not motivate the people in Mozambique to buy cars from Japan.

The car has scratches on the rooftop (outside), on the front-right corner. Tires are all worn out but in the pictures you can still see tracks. The Navi system wont function and is constantly displaying a system failure message. I was promised a date and it was shipped well over 15 days after it. Communication was extremely poor, after i sent the money you barely cared to answer my questions.

The seller Ms. MIHA was rude in her responses. When asked questions she was either arrogant in her responses or ignored the questions. At one time she answered me "I am not the ONLY customer”. She sold me a car that was already sold! I had to add more money for an alternative car. When I received the car it had no keyless sensor fob as was advertised. Entry start and lock are manual. While I used PAYTRADE services, this was not checked. Despicable sales service. Deal with at your own risk.
