Everything so far is fine and moving according to the procedures set down by Trade car view. However, the beginning is difficult to get a reply when the would-be buyer identify a vehicle to buy. At some point, I was almost discouraged but through persistence, I waited until I got a reply from Trade car view that the dealer will get in touch soon. So, the responce rate at the beginning stage require improved.

The seller did a beautiful job, very accurate with the product description, a very neat vehicle and Im very satisfied with the purchase but something has to be done with the notify party being recommended by trade carview called Delux Cargo Services at the port of discharge (Dar-es-Salaam) who are extremely slow and uncaring in handling customer issues
