Although i am pleased with my purchase i do feel that Real Motor Japan Jr. could have improved on their communication with the buyer. I have found scratches on the car which the dealer did not notify nor did they allude to during the negotiations. This can be seen as misinterpreting the actual product which has resulted in me spending more money to fix.

THE CAR WAS AS DISCRIBED.ONLY PROBLEM WAS I PURCHASED THE CAR SOON AFTER NEGOTIATION AND WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE CAR WOULD HAVE BEEN SHIPPED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO MORE SPACE ON THE SHIP AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT THE FOLLOWING MONTH WHICHED CAUSED ME TO BE INCONVENIENCED.

Strict Payment date was 29/10/2012, this was eefected immediately on this date however, the car was shipped on 28th November 2012 ex Nagoya per Bill of Lading. todate I have not received my car. I am not satisfied with the way this cargo was handled, there was no communication why this long delay in shipment by the supplier. thank you Rita Lenky
