Everything went well from negotiation to shipment but have raised my disappointment with the Sender because they have failed to advise me that the car's air condition was not working but they confirmed in the beginning that the car is in good condition. But I appreciate the seller's honesty and integrity in providing a good customer service to us.

Dear sir, I receved the car in acepetable external conditions but, the engenier motors is knochings (makes noises). The pilot panel shows a photo of engenier motor in yelow light. Best regards Albertina Lisboa
