I asked if the car was a smoker's car and was told it was non-smoking. When I receive the car, it has cigarette burns in the seat and absolutely reaks of smoke and there were ashes on the floor. I paid extra for the mechanical check, oil change and the car arrived with a dead battery and wasn't detailed. I am upset at being lied to and I want $250 as compensation for my expenses in TRYING to get the smoke smell out of the vehicle.

Thank you Real Motor Japan for the service. My only disappointment was that my car had a fan problem. The radiator fan was malfunctioning and I had to spent an extra $300 to get it fixed. I think withholding such crucial information from your customers is a bit unethical, otherwise everything else is as described. Performance of the car is just great. I drove it on a 3000km stretch, Dar Es Salaam to BULAWAYO without any problems, save for the fan. Thank you Ms Glen Tesier.

I have received my car with no further delays however, the car arrived with few issues and i had to spend extra money to repair it. To make things worst i had the CD player and few tools stolen from the boot and i will never know where the theft occurred, i.e if it was in Japan or Mozambique Port. Overall the whole process was easy and i would recommend the seller for anyone looking to buy a car from the Tradecarview website. In spite of the everything the car looks superb
