I have collected my vehicle today and it's in pristine condition. It was my first time to import a car into Mozambique and you made the process very easy for me, you explained the process and procedures clearly. Keep it up! You may need to improve on the pictures of the vehicle though. But otherwise great job

Real Motor Japan is a very professional seller, with great communication, and accurate vehicle details. However, I was advised to send payment on an expired invoice even though I had requested that a new one be issued based on an extension of the payment deadline. This delayed shipment by weeks. The seller should have known this would happen.

It was a good experience dealing with you, I was impressed by your methodical way of conducting the entire business especially the workflow element which keeps track of every stage from negotiation, purchasing through delivery of then car. I am also happy that the vehicle was in very good condition as described. Communication was excellent.
