The car interior is in a very bad condition, the seats are all damaged with stains also the dashboard and door handles have many scratches. The seller should have indicated that in the description so that the buyer can be aware on what to expect. This forced me to spend a fortune in fixing the car interior. The car has mechanical problems too, I've been changing spare parts and still, the car makes some weird sounds when running. Generally, I am not satisfied with the purchase.

I received the item in good condition, except that all its 4 tyres had expired long time ago (in year 2012) so i requested a refund of USD 500 so that i can purchase tyres to enable me use the car bought from your company. Contrary to my expectation, you did not approve my request. I therefore take this opportunity to request you to reconsider my request of refunding USD 500. Regards S.Mlabwa
