i picked up my car with a missing jack and spanner and have tried in vain to communicate with the seller, who has not even bothered to respond

The details for the vehicle did not say the car had a dent on the left hand side and it looks like it was involved in an accident once, and also the repair was not done properly and the painting on the dent is horrible. There is also a horse sound coming from the engine. otherwise, other things are okay. So please, next time accurate information should be availed to the customer. Regards, Gladys

The car has not yet arrived and thus would like to give a feedback when the car arrives. in fact it has taken too long to ship the car as it was shipped in February and took the longest route via south Africa. ship supposed to arrive in Tanzania today.

Communication with the seller was excellent. However the vehicle did not have a spare tyre for the rear wheels though the photos showed it. The driver's seat was patched with masking tape. Alternator and water pump were being driven by a single finished belt instead of 2 belts. Had a breakdown with the vehicle after doing about 1600km

To be fair, part of my HUGE frustration is the way that things are dealt with in Mozambique. The car was paid for in November 2015. It is now 9 March 2016 and I still can't use the car. It was faulty ... and massive delays have taken place. The car was as described ... but not roadworthy. Communication was difficult (I don't write Japanese and the seller's English was not good) - but we tried.
