I got my jeep but was disappointed. The outside of the vehicle is nice but the car is running hard, and I had a mechanic checked it out the transmission has to be rebuilt. So I paid for a vehicle and can not drive it. Can you please help me.

The communication was great and the only concerns was the condition of the underneath of the unit which the seller rectified which I was very pleased. Wonderful purchase and I recommend this company to anyone who wants good customer service and quality vehicles.

The seller was flexible on prices and payment. We had miscommunication on delivery of documents. I requested for documents to be sent to my address but they sent them notify party. It took me until vehicle collection time to realize Jevic was not done, thus suffered penalty

I was not told about when the car will arrive at the port of discharge, it arrived and stayed in port for more than 2 months as it accumulated charges and fees; 7months after the car was discharged at port, I haven't receive my car due to exorbitant and inhibitive fees and charges. I am about to forfeit the car due to high unforeseeable fees. That is very unfair.
