Generally I was happy though there was a delay to ship the item due to change of sailing ship to destination due to Covid-19. Documentation was OK ensuring that there were no mistakes. Your support team in Nairobi was good.

Tani was very professional, understanding, prompt in answering my many questions and genuinely so. I requested him to fuel the car and indeed he did! The fuel saved me a lot! Sent videos &photos of car even when he did test drive. He ensured the car was in good condition before departure and I experienced no complications at all with him. It is rare to get such a genuine person so many miles away like Tani. I recommend Tani to any seller! Excellent service from this gentleman and company.
