This is my first buying a car and i was not really familiar with TCV, however, My seller (Mr.Tani) made it so easy and smooth throughout. He has been there for me whenever I needed a help, his customer care service was of high quality. Hé kept updating me on every stage of my purchase process. I had some challenges with my bank account and I was not ableism to make a payment transaction within due date, Mr. Tani was very understanding about my situation and asked for an extension
