I am very pleased with Shimizu's communication skills. All of my questions were answered swiftly. The DVD screen in the car, however, is not working and I recall being told that it is working.. Other than that, I would definitely recommend NIKKYO, and Shimizu in particular, to other buyers. Thanks.
