Hi sorry I didn't receive my car Honda fit yat Dublin Port need all documents in English language I witch is received documents from Japan that certificate in Japanese language witch is Dublin Airport not execpt and they not give me car they need Certificate in English language after that they give me car so place sand me the certificate translation on English language thanks regards Dilawar khan from Dublin Ireland

Ryo whom I corresponded with was amazing throughout the entire process! The exact opposite of my previous experience with a seller/exporter I’ll refer to as “flying horse”. More detailed Ad, more photos etc. I opted for the TC-V “Car Info Check” The service found one item that did not match the Ad. Ryo promptly investigated, and went ahead and had it sorted for me, ensuring I was getting exactly what was advertised for the price agreed upon! This was a very nice gesture I am a happy customer!

Good communication. Shipping was slow as the pandemic has disrupted shipping schedules and spaces on vessels are not as easy to come by as before. GLion was upfront about the expected shipping delays. When it arrived we needed a translation of the export certificate. We messaged Glion and they sent it electronically, the same day. We would do business with GLion again. They offer good units at competitive prices and they are detailed and communicative.
