The car came with not expected faded paint on the roof and the bonnet. Cost extra $700 NZD to paint and get it ready for the market. Pictures were made so the blemishes were not visible. We were misled by the trader. No mats also. Thanks

Dear valued customer Thanks very much for your review however a bit disappointed that you not are satisfied with car. What I want to you know is, we do not temper with our pictures. We do not make our units look good in pictures when it is actually not. Am very disappointed to recieve the car without a control box.the seller never indicated that there were some parts missing.however its all rubbish.

We received same complaint from another customer and we believe the items were stolen on board. We are deeply sorry and our sincere apologies

The vehicle arrived and was given to me damaged. The car was involved in an accident while in the hands of Seaways. Though Seaways charged me insurance payment, I inherited a damaged and worthless vehicle which now becomes a liability to me then an asset. I was completely satisfied with the transaction between us initially. But Seaways is a disappointment and cannot be trusted.

The car was not black as stated but dark blue. The car was not serviced and was blowing at the exhaust pipe attached to the engine. I had to incurred USD 250 extra cost just to sort out the problem at the port. The car had a missing CD magazine loader. The car passed through JEVIC which all these issues, so i wonder if officials where corrupted in Japan! The car was overheating as well. Am quiet disappointed with the seller. How i wish he can refund me even USD400 for the extra cost i incurred.

well when I received the car the engine was bad..... please TOMS CAR explain your customers about all the detail before sell a unit....
