My CH-R arrived in great condition as described. Navigation system reset during transport as battery was disconnected which is typical. Seller resolved this for us by contacting Toyota Japan to obtain the necessary reset codes. Seller was responsive, and helpful. Also our car did not come with a spare tire which is unfortunate but not a deal breaker. I would absolutely recommend Japan Car and Boat and would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from them.

all was fine, but the track was involved in an accident and this was never said and it was resprayed on the side which was damaged also the inside of the roof was collapsed evidencing the accident and this was never said, how can l pay 8363 US for a track which was once involved in accident, in future please show all pictures which gives full information

The transaction was done smoothly, the vehicle was in good condition , however i was a little disappointed because someone stole the jack from the truck and i dont know which port the jack was taken from
