I received my Toyota Alphard. Engine oil was very dirty and engine fun controller was not working resulting into engine overheating.I had to spend US $300 to replace the damaged component. Mitsuda and Carlight should be very honest in their business dealings. I appeal to Tradecarview to review the feedbacks and ban such companies that are denting the image of the corporation.I warn other customers not to make a mistake to buy vehicles from this company which has liers. Frustrated Customer.

Hello my dear, I'm really disappointed with the state of the vehicle I thought when you sell the vehicle you stain to general maintenance of the vehicle but I received was almost downgraded engine that was there oil become mushy and the oil filter that does not grease the engine and the tires that are first replaced before sending the vehicle into the city so I stay until I already spent $ 200 .. I am really sad for a nice car but poorly maintained and neglected

Would not recommend as he lied. I particularly asked him and he promised there was no rust and then had to pay $1000NZD for sandblasting. His excuse is always "Must have happened on the ship!!!" Also had to get 2 new tires, brake pads, park lights and boot rack plus the driver's leather seat is ripped which he didn't tell me about. Communication was very good though and shipping was fast and on time.

The vehicle had a lot of dents scratches and damage that was not shown in the pictures. The unit did not arrive with the window visors which were shown in the pictures. I am very dissatisfied and would not have bought this unit had i known it had so much damage. Not even the door opens!

I PERSONALLY WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS SELLER TO OTHER BUYERS. IMMEDIATELY THE CAR ARRIVED JUST A FEW KILOMETERS OUT OF THE PORT THE CAR STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS.FIRST IT WAS THE OVERBOILING AND THE LEAKING. THEN THE GEARBOX. AND FINALLY THE OIL PRESSURE.I SPENT SO MUCH HAVING IT FIXED.IN AS MUCH AS THESE ARE SECOND HAND RECONDITIONED VEHICLES YOU MUST TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO BUY A CAR THAT IS IN ROAD WORTHY CONDITION

Hi i received the car but it had plenty of problems. 1. Gearbox was not changing gears it was stuck in third 2. Airflow sensor was also malfunctioning car would not idle properly 3. The oxygen sensor was also dead it was not the best deal you gave me considering that the car was not in good condition. I know your reputation in Japan of denying everything when a customer complains because the car is already here.

You are not considerate of customers satisfaction in your transactions. A used car which is rated can not just breakdown upon arrival at the point of entry with the first kick. Just as you are interested in money is how customers are interested in a good used car. Be fair in your dealings. I will keep on telling my sad experience with your company as long as I live because, it is not easy to receive a car with a knocked engine. May the good Lord judge you.

Very bad dealer! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER VEHICLES FROM HIM!!!! I receive very bad condition vehicle and he made false advertisement. I emailed him about condition of vehicle and he blamed it on the port agents! The vehicle received is ready for junk yard, which is where I am planning to send it and I have lost a lot of money!

The vehicle did not accelerate when it arrived, it needed attention and it has electrical faults, the windows are not opening and the radio is not playing, all in all am disappointed and when i queried them they never gave me feed back.

DO NOT USE THIS SELLER. The car I bought was described as "looks great, runs great". Once the car was received the gears would not change properly, the local VW garage says that the car needs a new transmission US$3,000. When I contacted Carlight they said that this had been caused by shipping. CHEATS & LIARS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
