Revised Announcement for Car Info Check Handling Fee Start Date Change to April 25, 2024

We would like to inform you of a revision regarding the implementation date of the handling fee for Car Info Check.

Effective from April 25, 2024, a handling fee of USD 50 will be applied for Car Info Check,
which was previously free of charge.
This adjustment aims to enhance our services and ensure sustainability in providing quality support to our customers.

When issuing an invoice, you will still be asked whether or not you have made a selection.
If you have selected Car Info Check, USD 50 handling fee will be added to the total amount.

Please be informed that you have the option to change your selection
by reissuing an invoice before TCV confirms your payment.


*Kindly note the following important points:

If you cancel your Car Info Check application after TCV has confirmed your payment,
the handling fee will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

In case the vehicle transaction itself is canceled,
the Car Info Check handling fee will be refunded only if the reason for cancellation is due to the seller.

It will not be refunded if the reason for cancellation is due to the buyer.
