We would like to inform you about new function on My tradecarview page which will be released on April 12, 2010 (JST). Make sure to check detail below before start using.

1. Proforma Invoice and Invoice will be issued through My tradecarview page.

After receiving the offer from buyer, the seller can issue Proforma Invoice by entering necessary information on My tradecarview page.
Also, providing the VIN (Chassis No.) of the item, buyers can obtain Invoice instantly*.
When the buyer click the "Confirm to Buy" button and agrees to the terms on Proforma Invoice, the buyer can receive and print out the Invoice from the system. When the buyer received Invoice, the item will be moved to the transaction box as the reserved status until the due date of the payment.
* If the seller does not provide VIN (Chassis No.) number, invoice cannot be issued.

2. The transaction box is prepared for both seller and buyer.

The transaction box is prepared for each item.
After the buyer clicks the "Confirm to Buy" button, the item is moved to the transaction box.
In the transaction box, both seller and buyer can check the status of the transaction.By clicking on "Confirmation of payment", the seller can notify the buyer that s/he confirms payment through the message system.
Also the shipping schedule can be informed through this system.
Users can manage all the transaction status, up to the departure of the vessel, with our new system.
