This is to inform you that display of Message Details page and Proforma Invoice for buyers will be changed from February 15, 2017, aiming to increase customers' satisfaction by providing a more user-friendly interface and facilitating the flow of transactions.
These changes will be made only to the pages preceding the invoice issuance and only for PC interfaces of buyer accounts.
Pages displayed after the invoice issuance will not be changed. Seller accounts and smartphone interfaces also will remain unchanged.
Following are the main changes:
1. Adding Information details table at the top of the Message Details pageInformation details table consists of the next parts:
- The information necessary for issuing the invoice, such as information about a car, total price, delivery information and payment details.
- The explanation of the action which buyers should do next.
- "Contact the Seller" button, which will allow buyers to send all his/her information to the seller at once,
- "ORDER ITEM" button, which will be activated after price, payment terms and payment date are fixed and the seller issues Proforma Invoice.
- The print preview is available from "Print this item" link.
This will enable buyers to make their decisions easily by understanding the details of the negotiated vehicle during negotiations.
It also may shorten the negotiation process for both parties.
2. Change in display of Proforma InvoiceFrom February 15, 2017, the functions of Proforma Invoice will be integrated into Information details table as mentioned above.
After the seller issues a Proforma Invoice, "ORDER ITEM" button will be activated on the Information details table and the buyer will be able to click it and issue the Invoice.
The former view of Proforma Invoice will be also available from the "Print this item" link.
3. Change in display of Request Proforma Invoice optionFrom February 15, 2017, the "Request Proforma Invoice" button will be removed, but the same option will be available from "Contact the Seller" button located on the Information details table at the top of the Message Details page.
