As the increase of the inquiry to change a car and seller though the payment was completed to our bank account, we would like to remind you the rules for invoice cancellations after the payments made through tradecarview.
It is not acceptable to choose a new car from a different seller when the invoice is cancelled in any reasons after the payment is made through tradecarview.
Please make sure to either choose another car under stocks of the same seller, or request tradecarview for the refund.
