We, Carview Corporation, offers heartfelt condolences to all those members stricken by the earthquake, wish them for prompt recovery.

At this moment, tradecarview continues to function as normal, tradecarview members in other area can handle normal transaction of the exporting.

Under the circumstances, tradecarview decided to show following messages on the profile pages and the item pages of sufferers to avoid any confusion among users.

As for the PayTrade users, please refer to the following about the transaction you have done with the members stricken by the earthquake.

For the PayTrade transaction made before the disaster
・If the car can never been exported by the disaster, we will refund it as soon as we confirm the impossibility. Please check with the seller and let us know.
・If the export transaction is delayed by the disaster, please contact to the seller and confirm with tradecarview for the status. We will check the status with the seller and extend the deadline of the shipment.
・If the seller is not reachable because of the disaster in the effected area, Carview will hold the payment for a while. If you want to refund them, please contact to us.
