Seller took over a month to ship the car despite there being a vessel departing 2 weeks after the purchase. Vehicle was shipped to the wrong final destination(Container Freight Station). Documents were mailed late and was courier was slow. Seller sent spare keys with the car despite my request only for us to find no spare key in the car. Other than that the vehicle is Ok. Seller should be prompt and attentive to buyer instructions.

I would like to have the car here soonest possible. In addition kindly update on the progress of the inspection and verification. The SD card for the audio and navigation system plus the spare keyless entry are missing. Both sensitive things could have been shipped directly together with original documents. In addition, the settings could have been changed to English when getting the vehicle ready for export!!

Am very dis pointed with the seller because up to now i haven't received original documents reasons be the document is send to sudan instead of south sudan because they used EMS instead of using DHL SERVICE where is very reliable service for south sudan and my vehicle is still in Mombasa because of original.

This vehicle is a wreck. The brakes, the front suspension totally un serviceable. Electric windows not working and the list goes on. Wish i had NOT bought this car. purchased a 2008 Suzuki Swift from RAO Int,the vehicle looked great online.At first,communication with the seller was great. He responded quickly until when i cleared my vehicle from Customs.It started,but upon pressing gas the vehicle would not budge.I called a wrecker & payed $700 so the wrecker could drop the vehicle off at my mechanic.He diagnosed that the transmission is bad so the vehicle cannot be driven. Now that i am messaging the seller he will not respond to my messages
