Up to today, I have not received my vehicle even when it was expected on 22nd December 2018. It is excuse after excuse for the delay. So I can not give any feedback yet. I have been told by my agent that I will have my car on Sunday but I don't know what to believe anymore. Please help if you can.

i purchase this said vehicle september 2018 and it arrived in a nasty state and by december 2018 the vehicle was plagued with issues- head gasket faulty, crank shaft sensor faulty. As of now the vehicle is at the garage awaiting a full diagnostic as the mechanics are unable to decipher why the vehicle would not start after several parts have been replaced at a cost. i believe the seller knew this vehicle would be a source of issues. i AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT USE THIS SELLER AGAIN. '

This is the second car I bought from the seller, deceit, the car had door panels pulled of all 4 drs. the Bonnet is damaged, the car has key scratch on passenger side doors. I will never buy from them again. I have listed them on face book and I'm going on a campaign to let the world know using social media.

the car have problem with the speed switch always when you put the first speed the car vibrate and some time the car stop automatically

Hello, I received the car last last weekend. However I must say I was a little disappointed because it had a faulty rear right shock absorber and the sump oil pan was leaking. This has resulted to unexpected expenses. My first experience buying car from Real motor Japan and it was very bad. I’m not sure if I can buy from there. Regards

I have bought 2 cars recently from Real motors Japan but i realized that the contact person Ms Miha had poor communication with me, and also she did not properly describe the faults on the cars. For example, for the harrier I bought from Real motors Jp had a damaged Dashbaord and now the recent Spacio which had damaged roof light and the side mirror fold button is missing. In general Ms Miha is poor at communication!I don't want to deal with Real motors again.

Till now i did not receive the car yet am have been mess up photos of the car from the passenger side which were not there before buying the car. I am really feeling bad as am going to meet extra cost to fix the damage. The seller still have my details as i already reported the damage before me getting the from Mombasa. The vehicle arrived in Dar-es-Salaam but it cannot move and it is still parked in Dar-es-Salaam, engine problem. I contacted the seller but there has been no response for a week now and I escalated the complaint to Trade carview who responded that there is nothing they can do and that I needed to contact the seller. After sales service is very bad. Please be careful as you are buying your next vehicle so that you don't find your self in my situation.

I bought a car with the Real Motor and it arrived with malfunction, I sent lots of messages and I do not have any feedback. Before the car arrived the messages were answered immediately, but now that I put the complaint messages I'm not having any feedback. I consider this a mockery, I was not told previously that the car was faulty. A lot of attention when buying the vehicles, can suffer the mockery that I suffered Best Regars
