Seller was strategic with the photos. Didn't show the worn buttons on the key fob, sinking headliner, or the torn drivers seat belt. I fixed them before inspection, but the most egregious act was the odometer roll back. I just did a history search out of curiosity and found the van was not only in an accident, but had 100k more kilometers on it at the time of auction. A few months later, it was put up for sale here with kilometers magically missing.

Even if you report a problem after one and a half years have passed since you purchased it, we will not be able to respond. Meter of this car had a problem on the LCD. We was replaced with used parts. I was described as "Meter exchange" in "Any Problems".

- The car came with a non functioning right sliding door. - The car has a very big and costly problem with the push to start engine. - The car fails to start entirely. - The car has a non functioning left side mirror. -The car came with 2 ignitions. All these problems were to communicated to me. Very poor bad services from the seller.

The vehicle registration year was incorrect. It was quoted as a 2004 model but is was in fact a 2002 model. This caused delays and queries at the customs and port and I paid additional charges for port storage. The company seemed dismissive of the complaint and offered a small compensation for the mistake.

The car came with a problem with the alternator. This issue was not highlighted in the listing...The seller wasnt willing to compensate by purchasing and shipping an alternator to rectify the problem. In trying to negotiate with the seller to get the replacement part. Below was the seller's final response to me. Dear Sir/Madam, I'm sorry, but please give up. Best regards, Atsushi Kato

I have already purchased the alternator. I intended to send it by DHL but you refused.... I said ”I'm sorry, but please give up” because you refused. You shouldn't lie here. The alternator I bought was wasted.

The ccame with a lot of defects of which the seller refused to take ownership. It wasn't as advertised. Not happy at all.

I didn't appreciate the way you started dealing with Walmax without my authorization or advancing in advance , also the time I bought the car and the time the shipment take place was too long , remember I bought the car on 3 dec 2018 and the ship left on 25 dec honestly it takes too long

You purchased Japanese used car for the first time. You ordered at the most crowded time. Do you remember? We brought your car to the harbor on December 7th. It is the next day after payment is confirmed. We sent the car to DAR ES SALAAM in the shortest time using the most recent ship. I should have sent you the perfect car at the lowest price. I did my best. I think that evaluation is severe. Please evaluate once again. I am waiting for your reappraisal.

In the announcement read, the engine was in good condition. but the engine was brogen and I have to renew it. the meter was 87000km (2018) but the export certificate was 147000km (2015) in the notification read that the meter was replaced. I want to know the correct mileage of the car, not the reading on the new meter. They denied knowing that the engine was brogen. but the engine keeps very bad sound when it's running. the engine was full of metal pieces. They trying to deny the facts.

Thank you very much for your feed back. However, I think we very sad that you are dissatisfied. I wrote the meter exchange in advance. So you can not complain after. As for the engine, there was no problem in Japan. We pledge to be useful to business in the future do the as much as possible in order to eliminate the frustration of you.
