Positive when I understood the procedure about how and where to exchange with the sellers. It was not straightforward at the beginning. Fortunately before I gave up I got the idea to exchange by email with your organization. I would advise that this procedure be added on the window where one can send message to a seller to request more information like more photos, CIF price, etc.. Another challenge I faced was the content of logistic support; when I discovered it was solely port clearance at Dar es Salaam port, I cancelled the request. I recommend that for each service that you offer you describe it like you do for PayTrade. I have request: please get the seller to send me an English version of the User Manual. Regards.
